Aaargh! Endings like this are despicable! Personal remarks aside, Full Metal Alchemist is *the* most captivating series aired this year -- although it doesn't have the action of Naruto nor the intensity of Evangelion, the story is paced in such a way that is superbly compelling but never draining.

Although much can't be said at this moment, it's clear that the action in this series is going to seriously ramp up in the near future. As with fans across the globe, I can hardly wait.
