The End. * * * RATING: B Even though Edward Elric is a State Alchemist, the producers of FMA make no attempt to sugar-coat the military's reputation, choosing instead to illustrate rabid corruption (Steel Mine in East City), civilian massacres (Ishbal), and now . . . rampant conspiracy! There seems to be all sorts of confusion on the military's role with the Philosopher's Stone (Marco said it was bad, Gran said it was good, Fuhrer said it didn't exist), so, we'll just have to wait to see the real truth. In this episode, the evil character "Envy" displayed a remarkable ability to mimic the appearance of Edward Elric, so, it will be neat to see if she uses an Edward-disguise to further her devious plans. Although it's nearly impossible to get a grasp on what is going on with Scar, the next episode seems to be frightfully packed with spoilers.
