Pwning Grad School

Hehe, grades for last semester grad school came out this morning and I actually pulled off straight A's! I'm actually quite proud, since these are all wicked 500-level courses, and I managed to snag this while juggling med school, teaching, and research. w00t!

In any case, updates will be kind of sporadic, since I'm off to a three-day symposium on NIH grants . . . travel expenses & whatnot are funded by the MD/PhD program (which is nice), but being away from my computer = no Unreal 2004 (;_;)

PS: Picture above is a photo I took today of UIUC's 'Alma Mater' statue -- it's pretty impressive in real life (~20 ft tall), but it has a hideously corny motto (^_^)
