Shedd Aquarium

Just a quick note, but met up with a friend from undergrad and went to the Shedd Aquarium! Was rather expensive, but there were lots of neat megafauna exhibits (dolphins, sharks), so it was all quite worth it. Additionally, there were *tons* of kids at the aquarium, so there were lots of neat handicraft stations all around :)

    

Anyway, was quite fun -- also managed to go on the giant ferris wheel at Navy Pier (cue Memento's awesome reviews of Honey & Clover) . . .

. . . and snagged seats to a cello performance at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Hall. In any case, can't wait for Thanksgiving. Need...turkey...
